The Nacra Inter 20 MK² brings back one of the most iconic 20 foot beach catamarans ever built. Designed for crews whose combined weight exceeds the optimum racing weight of the Formula 18 class, the Nacra Inter 20 became well known for its speed, stability and easy handling.
Now with a modernized hull shape based on the Nacra F20 Carbon, the Inter 20 MK² brings proven performance within reach with its aluminium boom, mast and spinnaker pole, keeping the overall setup more accessible in both maintenance and cost. With F18-based daggerboards and rudders, an updated deck-sweeper sail plan, the new Inter 20 MK² delivers a great balance of speed, practicality and accessibility.
Whether you’re in for competitive sailing, long-distance racing or just a fast recreational sailing experience, this boat gives you the right mix of speed and space. Proven Hulls & Foil Setup
The Inter 20 MK² combines the proven hull shape of the Nacra F20 Carbon with a foil setup based on the Nacra F18 platform. Straight daggerboards and high-aspect kick-up rudders with aluminium castings and carbon blades provide a responsive and controlled feel on the water.

Updated Sail plan
Powered by Performance Sails, the MK² features a Radial Pentex™ mainsail and jib, paired with a Nylon spinnaker. The updated deck-sweeper mainsail is designed to give the crew more freedom of movement, making manoeuvres through tacks and gybes easier and more efficient.

Fair Competition & Future Class Growth
Updated Nacra Inter 20 class rules give the MK² a rating that fits well alongside existing Inter 20s and other 20-foot catamarans. This creates the opportunity for sailors to race together and build a dedicated 20 fleet, making one-design class racing possible.
