Steps

1. Use the 1:16 Cunningham kit and knot the d12 5mm line to the 16 mm double blocks. In yellow below.

2. Install the spinlock cleats on the mast using their clevis pins and the pre-installed holders.

3. Take the loose end of the shockcord and feed it through the 16mm block on starboard side. Attach the 16mm block on the end of the shockcord with a bowline.

3. Loop the cunningham line through the blocks as shown in the drawing. Red and green represent the port and starboard sides of the same continuous line.

For the Continuous Cunningham system keep the port side rope end length to 0.5m and the starboard side rope end length to 4m+. You can use the long end to thread the continuous system when rigging. For more information see Cunningham Continuous System in the Rigging chapter.
